The Belgian Pride parade in Brussels was a great day out, lots of good vibes, joyful, colourful, a fun experience with a serious purpose behind it – the acceptance of difference.
And, above all, an antidote to the narrow nationalism that is threatening Europe and America.
Well, that's what I thought when I took these photos some years ago. Today, Pride seems to have been taken over by trans activists propagating the gender identity ideology at the expense of gays.
